As creative director on this project, I led the end-to-end creative strategy for T-Mobile’s “Break-In to NB” IoT launch event—an immersive takeover of The Mint in San Francisco designed to debut their NB-IoT solution and future path to 5G. I oversaw the branding, mixed-media communications, environmental design, activations, and engagement campaign that transformed the venue into a multi-room, gamified experience. The event exceeded attendance goals by 21.8%, generated more than 3.5M social impressions, and significantly boosted audience perception—93% reported a more positive opinion of T-Mobile and 78% left with a stronger understanding of its IoT offerings.
