Call Center Engagement

CALL CENTER ENGAGEMENT
CLIENT: VERIZON

For this campaign, I served as the creative director for Verizon’s Customer Service Crusaders initiative, developed for National Customer Service Week at their call center. The concept reimagined superhero characters as real employees, reinforcing that anyone can be a hero in their role by living the company’s ideals—Courage, Integrity, Sense of Responsibility, Superhuman Strength, and Faster than the Speed of Light. I guided the design team in producing daily Monday-to-Friday videos, desk drops, and interactive team activities, all styled in Verizon’s updated branding, tone, and visual system to elevate engagement, morale, and motivation.
